Germany · Founded 1899

The founding society of the German Shepherd breed. Official custodian of FCI standard no. 166. Administers the SV-DOxS genealogical registry and WUSV breeding regulations.

WUSV — World Union of GSD Clubs

World organization

The world union of German Shepherd clubs. Organizes the annual World Championship and establishes international breeding and certification standards.

International federation

The international umbrella organization that recognizes breed standards and pedigrees. The German Shepherd standard is registered under number 166.

ENCI — Ente Nazionale della Cinofilia Italiana

Italy · FCI member

Italy's national kennel club, the official body for pedigree registration and breed recognition in Italy. Oxa von Hingabe holds a real ENCI Export Pedigree, later registered in Romania.
